CALL FOR ENTRIES: “Cultural Crossroads” Artists are encouraged to consider many aspects of the theme - from their own traditional historical cultural perspectives to the ways in which travel or other cross-cultural experiences have influenced their expression and creativity. “A crossroads is a point of transition and exchange, a place of concentrated power and creative potential. In the global village we inhabit today, every community has become a cultural crossroads where distinctly different cultures intersect, overlap and intermingle. In reviewing submissions for the "Cultural Crossroads" exhibition I'll be looking in particular for works that reflect or address this fact of contemporary life in original, thoughtprovoking and visually engaging ways.” --Tom Patterson, guest juror
